The Old Forge is a spacious single storey barn conversion with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and an open plan Kitchen, Dining & Living Area. The property enjoys a central location in the village of West Lutton overlooking St Mary's Church, and sleeps up to 8 people + Cot. We are happy to accept bookings for parties needing only 2 or 3 bedrooms at a reduced rate in all but High Season.
Living Area
The open plan living area features a cosy wood burning stove set in a stunning brick fireplace modelled on one of the 3 original curved chimneys. Relax by the fire in one of the comfortable leather sofas as you enjoy a glass of wine. There is a Samsung Smart TV so guests can access Netflix & Amazon Prime Video as well as a number of board games. If you enjoy listening to music then why not bring a few of your favourite CD’s to play on the Sony Micro system.
Dining Area
Situated by full length windows overlooking St Mary's Church and an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Dining Area features a generous solid oak dining table & chairs. A side table contains maps & walking guides to the local area as well as details of local Pubs & Restaurants. Kitchen
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a range of oak units and a Stainless Steel Electric Range Cooker. The Bosch appliances include Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher & Microwave. Denby Tableware & Le Creuset Ovenware completes the quality feel.
Bedroom 1 (En Suite)
A Velux window gives this bedroom a light & airy feel. This spacious ouble also befits f a luxuriously appointed en-suite showr room with power shower, sink, WC & heated towel rail. King Size iron bedstead, country pine furniture & luxury bed linen.
Bedroom 2
The beautiful King Size iron bedstead in this room is also dressed with crisp 100% cotton bed linen. Country pine furniture completes the look. This bedroom is conveniently located next to the Family Bathroom.
